I love the UI! No extra flashy images, etc. The only thing I'd change is adding an easier way to get out of fullscreen than using the phone's back button.. This is not as simple a system as YT. The playback is a little fiddly if you are not familiar with the way Invidious instances work because sometimes a video doesn't play and you'll have to switch instances. Also, some servers don't support accounts. If you are willing to learn a little about this, then I strongly recommend this app!

- can't switch instances - in full screen mode, the bottom right fullscreen exit button doesn't work, I have to use the back arrow - can't use existing fullscreen button on the player - the "Enter fullscreen" text covers a lot of the screen and can't be hidden - the menu buttons for settings, trending, home at the bottom can't be hidden unless you enter fullscreen - entering or exiting fullscreen restarts the video

I gave 4 starts because there is no background play which was the main feature of youtube vanced until it got shut down. Full screen works click the "watch full screen" at the top not the option on the video itself.
