About this app

Modora is a local-first vault that keeps your passwords, secret memos, schedules and files encrypted on your device only. There are no servers — your data never leaves your phone.

🔒 Strong on-device encryption
• Your master password is processed with Argon2id and never stored anywhere
• All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• Optional fingerprint unlock for quick access

📝 Secret memos
• Store sites, passwords and hints with full password revision history
• #Hashtags are auto-detected; organize with categories, sorting and a grid view

📅 Schedules & reminders
• Save birthdays and anniversaries (solar/lunar) and expiry dates
• Get alerts 1 month, 1 week and 1 day ahead

🗂️ File vault
• Keep images, PDFs and archives encrypted, with full-page PDF preview
• Recognize text in images and PDFs (on-device OCR) to capture details fast
• Export files via the share sheet, back up to a local folder of your choice

☁️ Optional Google Drive backup
• Off by default. When enabled, only an encrypted backup file goes to an app-private folder in your own Drive

No ads. No data collection. If you forget your master password, even we cannot recover it — keep it safe.
