Livi lets you see a GP by video – any day of the week.

Get a GP appointment the same day, or book up to 3 days ahead at a time that works for you. Appointments include prescriptions, referrals and sick notes if you need – all without going to the doctor’s surgery.

You’ll then see if you’re eligible for our free NHS GP service and if not, anyone living in the UK can book a pay-as-you-go appointment.

Book an online GP appointment for a time that suits you. The clinician will video call you to start your appointment.

not easy to use or navigate. especially if your trying to get a appointment about test results. too many websites and apps now to just make appointments.

Healthcare for all! Not for Android Users. It isn't acceptable to claim to be accessible for all, whilst having known issues for Android users. The app works but appointment videos fail to connect. What phone brands work? What phone brand don't? Do you mention these issues in your sales pitches?

the app itself is ok and functional however they offer appointments but don't mention when booked an appointment that is has a 15 window bracket. I work in a time sensitive job I only had a small window but had the call from the GP over 45 minutes after the appointment. I now have to wait a few days/weeks to rebook another appointment which is going to be through my GP surgery directly.
