Livi lets you see a GP by video – any day of the week.

Get a GP appointment the same day, or book up to 3 days ahead at a time that works for you. Appointments include prescriptions, referrals and sick notes if you need – all without going to the doctor’s surgery.

Book an online GP appointment for a time that suits you. The clinician will video call you to start your appointment.

The only issue I have experienced was on the day of my appointment, Livi did let me access the app because the time on my mobile phone was incorrect. However, the day before I was able to download the app, register and book an appointment! Random and stressful and the reason for my 3* review. On a positive note, I have the time auto-update function on my phone and Livi rescheduled my appointment to the following day.😊

Doesn't work. Get started - touch fingerprint sensor and the blank page just spins. Error message says "something went wrong try again or contact support" how can you do that if you can't access the app?! Poor - very poor.

Great service...we all know the NHS are struggling, so to have this option to talk to a GP is excellent...would definitely use again
