Why should I track heart rate and blood pressure?
Regularly tracking your heart rate and blood pressure helps detect any potential health risks or abnormalities early. Furthermore, our science-based health insights provide a broad understanding of your body and offer improvement tips, thus contributing to your better overall well-being.

Are the heart rate results accurate?
We employ reliable PPG (photoplethysmography) technology. Simply place your fingertip in front of the camera and keep it steady for a few seconds. By detecting changes in the color and brightness of the blood vessels in your fingertip, your phone's camera accurately measures your heart rate.

How to track my blood pressure?
Just input your blood pressure readings, and you will get the result automatically to see if they are within the normal range.

How often should I record health data?
For a comprehensive understanding of your health, it's advisable to maintain long-term records and track your health data multiple times a day in various states — after getting up, after meals, after exercise sessions, etc. We will generate easy-to-understand charts that visually display your trends and fluctuations. Additionally, you can gain deeper insights into your body by swiftly filtering the results.

Could not get past the ads, somr of which could not even be closed, only installed, like a Bible study app. Shame on you for wasting my time! As an adult I am more than capable of choosing the apps I want. Health care and P/B monitoring is important and could save a life, providing it's real and not a scam. I doubt that the people who gabe it 5 stars were real, as they were first thelast ones under more were all negative with the same constant pop-up's!
