VERY BAD USER EXPERIENCE! Performance is unacceptable, especially in peak hours. Wonder if stress tests have been done before rollout! Don't tell me HSBC is working hard on this. This should be done BEFORE rollout!
I re-rate it from 4 star to 3 star and now 2 star. cos the connection time is very slow lately even unusable. Response time too long even no response. I think you should upgrade your system as much more people use it.
super slow perfermance, wait over a minutes everytime. confusing contact list, might be payme reading whole contact list with non-sense or non filtering, it show everything. now i am confusing when send money to friends! old version can be much better and clear mind
it's server is super unstable, I have to do many time for 1 transfer, it keeps showing busy after I input password. I don't even know if my transaction has been done or not, sometimes after I redo, it effects both transactions.
I have already make feedback twice. My app still doesn't work. When i opened it , it still crash and force closed . A message pop up " unfortunately, payme has stopped". It has been a month which is so annoying that i am unable to use the app and no people reply my feedback. I wonder that there is no payme maintenance team to fix the issue and hsbc sucks about caring customer experience. I am going to complain to HKMA!
Great P2P payment app! One suggestion though: USE FINGERPRINT AS PIN ALREADY! Your iPhone version already has that. It's easy for strangers around to peep over my PIN.
