It always said "There has been issue sending the link - please try again later". Email/SMS verifications are always slow and redundant. I entered my mobile number to verify but received 15 SMS with different verification codes. I entered the latest one and the apps said verification failed and I need to verify again tomorrow! Can't believe this is an app from a large bank HSBC!! Have your User/IT departments performed UAT/Stress Test before launching??
If you app doesn't work please don't launch it. Open up and stays on load screen forever. If it loading at least tell me that it is? Do some better UX please. If keep it on background it will pop up from time to time for no reason, showing me the same exact load screen.
Stuck in the splash screen. Why you ask me to download and use your service of the service not ready and I don't why there are five stars reviews as the app cannot be used.
Been trying whole day long and finally able to get through login page then keep fail on PIN setup screen.... What an app! Didn't the big technical team of the bank ever predict how many people will download the app! Or they don't believe their brand is famous!
There has been an issue sending the link and ask me to try again later. When I try again, it say my email address already registered. Tried three times with different email address, all failed. First impression is very important, your app should rename as play me...
Firstly, it works and the basic concept is good - I was able to send and receive multiple payments. but there are some very rough edges and the app sometimes hangs; as fixes are applied I'm sure it will merit a higher rating. The 'customer journey' needs further attention: try as I might, I couldn't figure out how to get money in from my bank account on the mobile app. The messages also seem to truncate my name, and there are some other oddities in the transfer process. Net/net - for me at least - it's basically usable after a rocky few days at launch. I have one major concern and that is the payment default for messages appears to be set to 'share'. This is a dangerous privacy setting and should be a global option, or at the very least default to 'private' at the transaction level.
A brand new app with speed and reliability at the heart of its design
