Rubbish design. Can't buy a package as the "next step" button is at the bottom of the screen, it's under the phones navigation bar and unable to continue, will just press back, menu or home screen. Tried to rotate the phone, app doesn't support. Tried to use multi screen, app doesn't support. Why is the "next step" button at the bottom of the screen and so small on size. You don't want customers to keep paying for the service?! Paid by using a normal website. Rubbish app.

despite clicking "remember me" it always requires my user ID, password and an OTP to log in every time

No integration with 3rd payment apps, basically while you can select different payment methods you need to input all details... there is no integration with payment apps installed on the phone
