this app is SO un user friendly. it's not clear the details of what you are entitled to. I wanted to find how much roaming data I am entitled to in my plan. it just shows "I have this Value added service" but no detail"

Why is HK My3 App features better than 3Macau's app?

I have had numerous problems logging in over the course of a few days and still can't, when I was able to properly use the app, for some reason the online payment service is always down, I tried to pay my phone bill multiple times before and on the actual deadline, and several times after, only able to pay for it once it became outstanding and missing the chance to save money. And of course to go back to my initial point, I CAN'T LOG IN BECAUSE "THE SERVERS ARE DOWN". please fix thx
