Roaming is very reliable, I used roaming in Japan, eSIM version. I have set the auto activate, it activated, but for about 24 hours, it did not work. I checked, it used the 1day pass, and there were plenty of data to use. On next day, it suddenly worked. During the trip, from time to time, it stopped working despite having plenty of data left and signal being full.

They very much hide which roaming packages auto-activate IMMEDIATELY without asking the moment you purchase it. It's not roaming once you touch the new country...it's roaming from the moment the payment is completed. And of course buying at the airport once landed it's a pain. Terrible behavior for any roaming packages. It only shows the specifics if you tap the minuscule 'i' icon. It should be in a red text warning forefront.

This app has helpful features but has lots of technical issues. Sometimes it does even open. Sometimes it doesn't even send otp msg. Lots of other issues. I have been trying to log in since yesterday but still not successful. The oyp they sent me keeps saying its wrong. After severals atteps it asked me to try again after 24 hours.
