Ratings and reviews

Tried the app once as needed to do a delivery, however was unable to find a courier. Downloaded Uparcel while searching for a courier, and it got me a courier within a few minutes while lalamove couldn't even find one. Moreover, they don't give you back a full refund, as they take a small percentage off your money from the refund amount. Use at your own risk.

Very buggy. I can't search my location sometimes and I can't fix it until I have to use it again and it somehow works (Using it on the same location, same Wi-Fi, troubleshot the same ways). If I get to put in a location, then the selection for which service to use stops working. It worked well before.

If you want a quick delivery experience, this is not the app for you. Lot's of riders in the app double book and I get that there is need for a hustle but if priority and getting a package asap is the need, then this doesn't deliver on that. Used the app recently and so far 3 times straight it arrived so much later than expected. Had to delay other plans.
