About this app

HLth.care Team is a web-based team management system with a stand-alone, free app. The integrated team chat helps you to separate your professional communication from private chat sessions. The clou is that employees can use this app on their private smartphones independent of their employer, compliant with data protection and free of charge.

The app supports the self-organization of team members and reduces the amount of organizational work in the team. There are numerous functions: Duty roster management and sharing, chatting, digital job ID, skill search, sick leave, absence management, Springerpool management, time recording and performance documentation, service exchange assistant, time corrections, break corrections, do not disturb function and much more.

HLth.care Team puts an end to time-consuming coordination processes via slips of paper, e-mail and sticky notes and consolidates all information and team-organizational processes on one platform.

At least two and ultimately any number of people form a team. Once you as a team have learned to appreciate the benefits of the app after some time, the benefits can be increased even more by involving the employer. The data sovereignty remains with the team, which determines which interactions with the employer are activated. The private mobile number is not required and can remain secret.

The basis for successful work with the app are the team settings. Start with them as a team founder* and then invite your colleagues.
