Agree with the other user that there is too much blank space and can't view everything at once glance. Furthermore, the promo balance that has been around for years suddenly got eliminated and there goes my hundreds of GB of data etc as all of a sudden the balance can't be rolled over anymore. In addition, I have free incoming call yet my main balance keeps getting deducted. Contacted customer service but it has been weeks and there's no update yet. These few days i keep getting logged out

M1 always does this recently. I'll top up my data around a few days before the last top up date expires, but when the previous data expiry date came, the new data that i bought just vanished. My main balance $ has also been deducted due to it. Ill have to wait for a few days for the main balance and the data i bought to come back to my account which is quite tedious and unnecessary. I have seen previous reviews and many people have came across the same issue. M1 please fix this issue soon!

Lately unable to get updated data balance. My data balance has been stuck at 9.25gb expiring 6/6/2023! Despite purchasing new data packs and still able to continue using my data, the number doesn't move! Any help from m1 please? Mindy not helpful, and phone support also no one picking up!
