Small and fine orange text on white background in this app is a test for your eyesight. UI/UX design failure. Generally a Top Up app for your M1 prepaid card which shows your remaining balance. It would be even better if it could show the actual usage as well. Apart from their own services banner ad, there are no blatant annoying ads. "Top Up now" and "get more data" buttons on the home screen are page filler and should be removed since the bottom dock buttons do the same thing.

Indicated (Free)Data Balance amount seems to be lacking behind actual value. I still had 44MB as i went home (WiFi) at ard mid night with a main balance of SGD 17+. The next morning at ard 9 I received a text message informing about my depleted main balance which was at SGD 0.01. Data balance was at 0.00MB. I hadn't left my WiFi area. It seems that my data was fully used up and charged per MB before I went into my WiFi zone. This is the 2nd time it happens. Very disappointing!

I left my phone charging at home for 1 month with WIFI, data package still left 500MB, balance $18+, not using the phone at all. Today suddenly balance dropped to $0.81 without any inward or outward calls and SMSes for the entire month.... And this is not the first time my balance missing out of no where. Unreliable telco, use it at your own risk. Have liaised with the telco and still insist the phone will still use data even WIFI Is ON. I still have plenty of data in my balance and yet they deducted the cash from my balance account. This is so unfair for consumer. What's the point buying the data monthly and still charge data separately?? Every month there are still plenty of data left to expire but balance is always running without usage. And to reply to M1, like what i say I have plenty of data in my balance available but M1 charges additional data from my main account (When WIFI is ON and plenty of balance data in my account). That is when the phone is left on table for 1 month, no app is running, phone is on data saver mode n all running app is killed. So for those who bring their phone out, funds will be depleted faster even you have balance data in your account.
