Update: Thanks for your assistance! The app is working now. The application from the Play Store seems to have a technical issue. Since yesterday, the app has been unable to open and always gets stuck on the M1 page. Please help to resolve this issue. Note: I have already re-downloaded the app from the Play Store, but I am still unable to access it. 🙃

M1 Maxx is easy to use and convenient for me to check it status. Would love to give 5star, but from yesterday suddenly I can't open the app and my plan really needed to be renew! please fix it. thank you!

worst Telco ever. app cannot load pass the opening page. cannot activate sim card. still charge the first month. customer service only give same instruction as email.
