I am a maxx user. I have no access to My M1+ apps ! I am trying to upgrade to 5G esim using the app and it is not work. The support team claimed that the system did not receive any request for esim and even suggested me to use someone else phone to request which is ridiculous!

Hi Francis Ong! You may ring up Maxx customer service Hotline at 1693 and say the keyword Maxx when prompted and you will be routed to the next available officer. They’ll be happy to take your call between 9am – 9pm daily. Thanks! - Sam

Can the app upgrade to accommodate 6 lines instead of just 3? Afterall each subscriber can maintain up to 6 lines. I have 3 lines with M1 Maxx now and I'm porting in 2 more soon. Pls help. Thanks.

If you are subscribing it for iPAD, be aware that the activation QR code for eSIM is only be used once. In order to receive new QR code for non M1 customer required to visit the Jurong branch physically for verification. I have terminated the subscription.
