Terrible UI/UX and Service. Can't even see the whole screen as it is so badly optimized with so many buttons out of reach. Tried installing on different devices but UI and layout is suboptimal. Buttons are being covered by the status bar or navigation bar.

No OTP sent. Cannot login. Cannot transfer esim. 1693 always disconnected after 10 min. Tried multiple times. Tried from multiple phones.

can't get what I want. the help line here is irritating. After trying here & there, the app can't even work & support customer need. waste time.
