Overall usage is fine. Speed wise ok but definitely sometimes it lags. Billing seems seamless but let's see if they will bill me correctly for 7.90 package. It is faster than HEYA but less stable. Will update further when roaming. The annoying part is that you can't add multiple number even though those numbers registered under your id/name. You can add, switch and monitor. But after closing, the app will prompt get otp again. Yes, call 1693 and talked to support.

I am a maxx user. I have no access to My M1+ apps ! I am trying to upgrade to 5G esim using the app and it is not work. The support team claimed that the system did not receive any request for esim and even suggested me to use someone else phone to request which is ridiculous!
