Never sign up for M1 Maxx; it's a deceptive tactic. They use M1 for advertising, then M1 takes no responsibility whatsoever. Worse still, you can't port in, and when you call customer service, their attitude is extremely unfriendly. Even worse, they won't help you solve the problem; they'll simply tell you you can only use a new phone number.

Overall usage is fine. Speed wise ok but definitely sometimes it lags. Billing seems seamless but let's see if they will bill me correctly for 7.90 package. It is faster than HEYA but less stable. Will update further when roaming. The annoying part is that you can't add multiple number even though those numbers registered under your id/name. You can add, switch and monitor. But after closing, the app will prompt get otp again. Yes, call 1693 and talked to support.
