This app is obnoxiously bad. The cleaning service for my vacation rental home uses it, or I would have found better long ago. I have multiple cleanings per week, but somehow there's no iCal support. The email notifications are sporadic, at best. The only way to see upcoming cleanings is in this terrible app. But, for some reason it still shows dozens of jobs from as far back as 2018, so I have to scroll forever to find current jobs. I am convincing my Pro to move to a better service. Awful

Worthless. I used this app/service 5 years ago and it was great. Today, I had to download the app again, make sure it was the consumer app (not the pro). After completeing the registration the required my credit card, I was told they couldn't service my area. Now I can't delete my account and they have my CC info. Btw. Android app doesn't work at all. I had to register on apple.

House call is used my my HVAC contractor. I recently had to update my CC info. I noticed there is NO option to remove the CC info, so your CC is always in the system. Also, there is no way to update/change you login password in the profile section. The phone app recently stopped working, so i downloaded the app and reinstalled it on my phone. It still will not function properly. I was able to edit/remove my CC info only after my contractor sent a link to me by email.
