I went to order online and card got declined even though there is enough available in my account. Went to the app, got error 1002 saying "something went wrong, try again" and "unable to execute method: connection reset". Not working over 5G or wifi. To make things worse after a failed payment attempt now aliexpress split my orders so I have to pay 9 orders 1 by 1 and discount timer is ending so I only managed to pay 7/9 so far..

It used to be better than other banking apps but recent updates removed features that were really useful. There used to be a graph of incoming and outgoing money per month, no longer. Now when you save an account as beneficiary you cannot see all the payments you made to them. When you want to repeat a payment you can't change the description or model number. so if you want to pay a bill in installments, you have to enter manually all the payment details again. there is no loan calculator.

On Android 15 on a Motorola edge 60, the app never triggers the OS fingerprint reader popup; the app just hangs with the message modal "authorize using your fingerprint reader", but the actual OS overlay modal is never triggered. This has been going on for weeks now since the last update. This is unfortunately not the only bug; the app is frequently reporting that the service is unavailable and to try again, sometimes during login, sometimes during payments. Unreliable, slow, buggy - a mess.
