Lots of times the app is buggy. Latest app version on my Xiaomi 13T PRO when I go to pay bills, the "Pay" button is half hidden behind the standard UI menu (phone buttons for back, change app etc). Same happens when I have a push message for new payment confirmation token and I open that through clicking the pop-up - the PIN confirmation UI is hidden below the phone UI. It is verry annoying.

"inconvenient" features are impossible to find, such as downgrading your plan Edit after their response: their team should also learn some English. upgrading and downgrading are opposites lol. Typical. You want to downgrade and the business is telling you "here is how to upgrade" lmao

Hello, the option to upgrade your account to a plan is located in the "Request" menu where all other requests are located.

The app is useful, but when you make transactions, the provided info is very brief and it is quite confusing for what this payment is made, to whom, what bank taxes are added, name of the company, requested the payment and etc... The bank needs to ask themselfs - is the business analyst or the product owner are the right for the job! EDIT: 2 years later the transactions still lack info!
