Ratings and reviews

I enjoy using the app, but there could be some improvements to be made. For example when you press on a given transaction it could be really helpful to display the remaining balance after that transaction and also to be an option to download a statement for chosen period, so we can check in details when transaction is made to who how much is left after that etc..

I'm writing this after losing money because I'm not allowed to control (e.g. cancel) my transactions and the app doesn't allow me to update my ID (constant errors) so I can contact support and identify myself to cancel said transactions. In general the bank is in the mid 16th century and is the best one in the Ottoman Empire. But inadequate for 21st century EU Simply use another bank for online purchases and let this one sink to its rightful place

It's been great for years. After the new update with the UI overhaul the widget stopped working. It's spinning non stop and it is not able to show the current amounts.
