DO NOT JOIN! signed up through Indeed only to find out that this is a gig service. was told that I would be given a $70 bonus once job was complete. completed job and bonus wasn't added to my pay. the reason i was given a bonus was because the job was 1.25 hours away and they told me to arrive the day before at the wrong time. after showing back up (4.5 hours of drive time) I found out that most of the items needed to complete the job we're missing from the location.

Thank you for your feedback, we understand how concerning payment questions can be. In this case, it appears the visit has been reviewed, paid, and the associated bonus applied. There is also a standard review period (up to 6 days) before payments are processed, which can sometimes cause confusion on timing.

The app is janky, which leads to expired or incomplete jobs. Many of the stores (like Target, for example) do not even allow secret shoppers or any type of survey merchandising but they have those jobs on here. They ask for 50-100 photos per $6-$8 trip, often reducing the payout at the end. Last but not least, their Merchandiser support is really the worst.

Very bad experience. Jobs are assigned through an app and can be up to 10 miles away with no proper compensation. Payment is slow, and they charge fees just to withdraw your own money. Communication is almost nonexistent. I completed a job on March 10th and still haven’t been paid as of March 24th. I do not recommend this job.
