Important Notes:

Before using this app, you will need to acquire an account PIN number directly from your provider. You will not be able to log-in to the Patient Portal without this PIN number. If you need assistance with your account PIN or the app itself, please contact your healthcare provider directly. InteliChart does not have access to this information.

What you can see and do within the Patient Portal app depends on which features your doctor has enabled. If you have questions about the features that are available to you or you notice certain functionality is missing, please contact your healthcare organization directly.

I would like the old version back. There wasn't anything wrong with that one. This one makes me update every time I sign in. There is no icon either, so I click on my old one, and I have to hit an update every time. When will this be fixed.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. For the best experience, you’ll need to ensure you’re using the Patient Portal app with a white background. If you don't see an app with a white background on your phone, you'll want to delete the old app (this will have a green background) and download the new one. We hope this clears things up.

The NM Ortho practice never answers their phone, so I tried to access the portal. Yeah, no. Very slow and only after several tries does it tell me that I need a pin and I should contact my provider - but I can't connect them because they don't answer the phone and I can't even communicate through their website without joining this damned portal.

When you update the app, you have a Split screen with the sign in and the update. Now, if you don't update it Kix you right out of the original app, then once you update it, you have a Split screen. There is no changing of appointments in the app. This is the Android version. To me it is a piece of c***
