It seems not fully functional. For example, while it did show that I had made two lots of purchases it couldn't load the details of either nor could it track delivery. (After receiving advice from Ikea to contact them about this issue, I did so). Presumably, the problem is localised otherwise everyone would be complaining.

need a menu to track orders, I did not receive email after purchase nor any menu to see the status of my purchase. nvm found it, just delayed email
