HOW TO APPLY FOR THE ATOME CARD
1. Download the Atome app and tap the Card tab on the homepage
2. Tap "Apply for free" and choose your preferred Atome Card
3. Fill in your personal information and upload your KTP (ID)
4. Wait for pre-verification. The review takes 3 days. Check the status of your application, in-app.
5. Once pre-verified, e-sign to complete your Atome Card application.
HOW TO SHOP WITH THE ATOME CARD
1. Activate your Atome Card using the Atome app
2. Use your credit card to shop both online and in-store anywhere Visa is accepted
HOW TO APPLY FOR ATOME VA PAYLATER
1. Download the Atome app and tap the Card tab on the homepage
2. Tap "Apply now" and upload a valid KTP
3. Submit your personal information and go through facial verification.
4. To check your application status, go to the VA PayLater page in-app.
HOW TO SHOP WITH THE ATOME VA PAYLATER
1. Review your online shop's cart. Once you’re ready to pay, tap "Check Out" to get started.
2. Choose Bank Transfer as your payment method and select your preferred bank.
3. Tap Place Order to proceed, then copy the VA number for payment.
4. Launch the Atome app and tap VA PayLater.
5. Select the merchant and your preferred bank, then paste the VA number.
6. You’ll receive a notification once your transaction is confirmed.

Ratings and reviews

Very Bad third parties Atome hiring with the bad words (so tricky they spam you with "hidden" ATOME words, make it sound like you owed to a people not to ATOME so we can not report you and ATOME license saved), and uneducated level human with no manners, and also CS email did not work even we have sent the notification that the application error, no respond at all. This Apps is not recommended.

How I wish to give far less than 1 star. Nice app, but annoying customer service. I pay my due always on-time, but the (alleged) CS called myriads of times even on the weekend morning to remind the payment, although before the due. They're using numbers that also have been registered as spam numbers. I know the intention is to remind, but please know your customers right. Who diligently pays the due on-time & who doesn't. It's sad, that such a nice product has awful customer service behind.

I know this installment app just because I bought a phone. And there's an option to pay with Atome or CC. Because I see that the fee is 0%, I chose this method. It didn't mention at the beginning that we have to pay membership fee that cost me 25k every month. Why would you just inform us about the fee at the beginning? Its not fair because when I applied for installment I have no idea about any membership fee. Please improve your details in any app that using Atome as an option for installment
