The news content is fine. However, I am receiving newsletters I did not sign up for and my attempts to unsubscribe are ignored. I am randomly asked to sign in when I have not signed out of the app. And, in my opinion, the Irish "paper of record" should not frequently contain typos in its online version. It appears the proofreading of material is not particularly meticulous. I will not renew my subscription if I continue to experience the above.

An option to personalise the content of what you see on opening the app. For example, I have no interest whatsoever in sport, yet, the sport content, particularly on Mondays, is huge, often possibly 50%. I have to search for sections of interest to me, such as opinion, and columns written by, for example, Fintan O Toole. A menu from which one can select the sections of most interest to them, and these sections become the default content on opening the app.

I really enjoy reading IT. The app is OK, but the podcasts are a disaster. They are forever falling over. I have given up listening to them as it is very frustrating to restart them 2 or 3 times. I have complained, but I was told it was my connection that was at fault even I don't have an issue with any other podcasts. It is very annoying when you pay for a very poor service.
