The app does not recognize my email for some strange reason, since I bought the return ticket through ElAl app. Also: when buying the ticket, the app. did not recognize my: נוסע המתמיד no. This problem arises probably due to the fact, that my husband is buying the ticket for both of us usually. Please solve this, identifying also the single passenger in the app.

ANNOYING login process... Every time you open an app, you must login. No fast login option provided there. Every time you have to get an SMS or enter your password with your MATMID number, not even email.
