Amazingly poor design logic. To login you have to receive a phone verification code, even after a biometric check. So without an SMS plan you are stuck. Every few minutes you have to repeat this process. Boarding pass download to Google wallet doesn't work at all. Each time you try to do it you get a check-in prompt again. Total disappointment.

Can't cancel my check in, can't write my name in English, can't see upload my photo from my phone's album, can't instant contact/chat with CS, couldn't see my future flights (even though I already checked in them in your website). Strongly recommend to have the option to secure upload a copy of my passport as a backup method. Too many ads. Thanks

The app includes everything thing required. Two issues that I found as difficult are misinformation regarding my order which confused me up to the last moment at the gate, along with connection issues. The second issue is connecting with esim, it seems it is expected to copy a password to the application in 15 seconds, when using email, I would prolong this time to 1 minute. good app, requires some touch at end cases.
