Oxygen Pilates was established in 2002 in Ramat Aviv Mall. The oldest studio in the area, a symbol of quality, professionalism and precision. The team of Oxygen instructors is loyal to the basic principles of Pilates and continues to progress, develop and keep up to date with innovations and advanced relevant research.

The Pilates method is smart and effective, which gives physical control and combines strengthening, stretching and flexibility. The method works on strengthening the core muscles (stabilizing muscles) and the balance between them and the large moving muscles. The method contributes to better posture, strong and long muscles and a flexible and toned body. The Pilates method focuses on working on breathing and helps reduce physical and mental stress and contributes to a sense of security.
