horrible the day I downloaded it, it didn't work with my TV so that day I canceled it because I got a free 3 or 7 day trial. then a couple weeks later I see a charge of 9.99 and noticed that it had been charging 9.99 a week. I got the app again and went to their costumer service which is just an email and I told them to cancel please and I need a refund. it's been another 3 weeks and it's still happening, how do I cancel this and get a refund I never used this remote!!

It works on google tvs only. if u hv lost your tv remote but for other tvs u need the remote to approve it to work. Its Horrible and frustrating u pay for a subcribtion.In my case 35.99 for a year they charge u then turn around after a week and ask u to pay again. for the same subcribtion. it says free trail but they cut 9.99 for it . plus they dont have a number u can call support just email. Its ridiculous

useless. no mention that both tvand phone need 5o be on wifi to connect the remote. this is impossible to do when I don't have the tv remote, hence downloading the impte app..... and it is VERY difficult to cancel the subscription.
