Ratings and reviews

Who is responsible for managing the bus routes, stop names, and fare calculations? The data is full of errors. There are multiple consecutive stops with the same name, and the fare calculation makes no sense. Sometimes 3 stops cost ₹10, while 7 stops also cost ₹10, and in other cases 4 stops cost ₹20. Please test the APIs, verify the database, and fix these inconsistencies. I've been waiting for months, but nothing has improved. The app is unreliable and needs serious attention.

This app is not working properly. Even after entering the route number, the autofill/autocomplete option does not appear. This is causing significant inconvenience and making the app difficult to use. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, as it is creating a lot of problems for users.

Many Times have the same issue, My money is deducted but the bus ticket is not generated and I never get the refund. I lost my money many times. I am not getting my money back. I need my hard earned money back. Help section useless. They generated only complaint Ticket but never responded and resolved. Calling customer care options is not available. Useless application. Do not trust them. Fraud application.
