Good but some time not working properly in my case once upon a time I have thaken ticket so payment deducted but ticket not received. very poor experience some time application doesn't work and one time i bought ticket but ticket didn't get from application or ticy Caught me that's why it's very bad application and I want to say you should better it.

poor feedback I made a daily bus pass, payment was made twice by mistake, but the pass was made. Payment came in the wallet of Charter app, neither it is getting credited to the UPI account nor the pass is being generated, it is a very fraudulent app, I do not agree with this app nor do I have a customer number.

hi chartr team don't know why but prices of ticket shows high rates for route no 85 . i take bus from karam pura terminal to megdoot bhawan . it takes 15 rupees generally but from past 2 days app shows 20 rupees . so i take ticket from conductor , he takes only 15 rupees . can you give me any explanation
