If I say it honestly, this app is a complete fraud, rubbish. If you keep relying on it, you will keep paying fine. The Government does not pay attention to any other thing, but if there is even a minute delay in taking the ticket, they forcibly take a fine. There was an issue due to which I should have got a refund, I complained to you clearly but nothing happened from your side.

my payment of metro failed 2 times after that both the time payment was deducted from my account they say that payment will be refunded within 48 hours but I didn't get my money back. I also reported this issue on charter help desk but no reply from the team don't use this app it's happening multiple times.

I don't know what is happening with this app, my money is deducted and sends notification that a ticket is generated but the ticket is not showing anywhere in the app ticket section 😡. this is the second time I am facing this issue I have to buy offline and the deducted money never refunded.
