For e-filing tax returns

Option 1: File with the details pre-filled from the government-authorised e-filing portal: https://eportal.incometax.gov.in
Step 1: Select the 'File ITR with pre-filled data' option
Step 2: Enter your credentials - your PAN is the username.
Step 3: Review and edit the details if required
Step 4: Click on 'Submit to finish e-filing'

Option 2: Upload your Form 16
Step 1: Select the 'Upload Form 16' option
Step 2: Upload Form 16
Step 3: Verify the details and click 'Submit' to finish filing

Ratings and reviews

the app is getting worse day by day. The basic functional issues are scary and i doubt on their credibility to handle finance anymore. If they can't handle basic issues, not sure if they can protect the customers data anymore.

This app has been misaligned on Samsung S24 S25 for more than 6months and nothing has been done to fix the alignment so that it's easier to navigate. Also, the app dies anytime you click on details of your transactions. Transition from one flow to another is a pain and app freezes in between. I am absolutely annoyed and this downgrade has happened in the last year and I have been a user since 2019. Do something!!

They don't have the option to erase my personal data. That's very concerning. There should be an option to erase personal data, even an option should be there to delete the account. Also their tax filing price is so high.
