Pretty bad customer support contact system. They don't pick up the call. I had to try for many times then once they pickup. But the customer service is nice. It's just the contacting system's very bad. And they had sent third party delivery services so there was a lot of problems in order to pick up the phone for me and for the delivery person also.

In my case It was a good experience selling my phone, it was hassle free and quick. Thanks for the support. I have a suggestion for the company to also start purchasing old laptops if possible. The price offered was also good for my old phone.

Worst service...there is no transperancy on the overall process. After verifying my device they scheduled a pickup(from third party) but there is no information on payment process. How can I hand over a device to a third person without getting any payment or confirmation receipt? The customer service is least bothered and don't receive the calls or reply to emails.. The whole experience was terrible and just waste of time
