Most unprofessional and incompetent staff. They have been harrassing me to return an item which turned out to be defective. The site/app is not allowing to return the item. Called up customer care several times, but they have done everything to harass me further and not provide a solution. New way to "money chori" by reliance. Keep it up.

Never buy anything from this website. they are biggest fraud in the market. They sell but never return or exchange anything. and send u broken expired items. And u can only send mails and they give u only tickets. After some time ur complaint will be closed. and ur product was never returned. Ur money lost.And be happy with Broken items.

If you think that you can return the item after received not working/faulty item then never buy from reliance digital. I have faced this situation. He also blocks your mail id, if you complaint through mail then you will find failed delivery mails from them. I have also provide proof by clear video but they told you this video not enough to proof. Baaki aapki marzi
