I had a disappointing experience with Reliance Digital. I bought a Wahl Easy Breezy Hair Dryer, but the airflow was much hotter than I expected. I requested a return, but it was rejected with the reason 'Rejected as Non-authorized brand,' which was confusing and not clearly explained. Customer support should provide clearer reasons for return decisions and better assistance

Very disappointing experience with the Reliance Digital app. I ordered a laptop for ₹59,000, and the next day its price increased to ₹70,000. While waiting for delivery, I found my order had been marked as "Returned" without any delivery attempt or call from the delivery agent. Customer support only kept saying they were checking with the backend team, but no explanation or resolution was provided. Poor service, lack of communication, and an unacceptable experience for such a high-value purchase

I ordered a trimmer from Reliance Digital, but received an empty box with only the accessories inside. The trimmer was missing, and the box had a 2021 manufacturing date. The parcel was sealed, and no open delivery was provided. I raised a complaint with customer care, but they claimed everything was fine from their side. Even after sharing photos and following up by email, I received no proper response. Very disappointing service and poor customer support.
