⚠️ Order at your own risk using the Reliance Digital app. After placing an order and completing the payment, the app shows the payment as successful, but nothing happens afterward. The order remains “under process” for several days with absolutely no delivery information. Customer support is extremely poor. There is no email ID or phone number available. The only option is a useless chatbot that does not resolve anything. You cannot communicate with a real person at all.

Worst app experience ever. This was my first order from Reliance Digital, and they disappointed me badly. Their customer support is absolutely zero they don’t want to solve the issue and keep asking for “24 more hours” again and again. I am unable to cancel my order; even after it shows as cancelled, the order reappears after refresh. Please take this review seriously and fix the issue instead of wasting customers time .

Extremely painful & pathetic experience. Purchased a new Sony Bravia 75 inch television. Got installation done in 3 days. But remote not working after installation. have been chasing them ever since, got my complaint registered twice, but nothing. Very pathetic service, third class customer support. it's my last time ever purchased from Digital
