1. While scanning bills, there is NO option to upload a picture from gallery 2.The direct upload through camera makes the pic very unclear. 3. Not to mention in this method, as soon as I do upload a pic, it shows error "Couldn't upload. Either net connection has some problem. Or our server is not responding0". My bet connection was pretty good. I tried many times after a while just to make sure. Very disappointed!
update 21 Apr 17: History improved. But still no info on bill number; which can help to track. Bar code scanner is still not working. Original Review: Barcode scanner doesn't work and no track/history of uploaded bills. InLoyal was far better though it was a little slow.
Very very slow... Always connection error/couldn't upload/error No upload button cannot upload photo from phone.. Barcode scanner is not working..
Just experienced the wonderful service of Lulu team..its been truly appreciated..Will also recommend their user-friendly app too.. All the best team!!!!
I have reported some other issues too ....but no response or fix yet
The app requires improvement. After taking snap from its camera option and after clicking submit it still shows 'please upload your bill'. Certain shops like photoexpress doesn't have barcode on their bill.
Fixed Loyalty history error.
