seriously idk what's happening with Maccaron but I ordered a normal not mgs but normal order and I haven't received it yet it's almost 2 weeks now, I've reached out to their customer service but all they're giving is automated reply of "it's getting packed it'll be shipped soon" and even after 12 days it's still not packed yet. I've shopped from them countless times this is the first time I've been scammed like this. at least cancel my order they wouldn't even do that. so bad.

This order was not intentional, and I sincerely request your kind understanding and assistance in canceling it before it shipped. I was simply browsing and checking technical error or accidental tap, the order got placed unintentionally.

Delivery takes a bit longer than expected sometimes, and tracking updates aren’t always very clear. Customer support could also be a little faster in replying. Overall, it’s a good app for K-beauty lovers — products are authentic, prices are reasonable, and packaging is usually neat and safe. Just wish the delivery speed and tracking were improved!
