First they said my account was not active and could only be activated after selling an insurance policy. I already had a loan lead, but that did not count. Because of this, I ended up doing an unnecessary insurance sale just to activate the account. After the policy was sold, the RM stopped responding — not picking up calls and not even replying on WhatsApp. Meanwhile, my loan application is still pending with no proper support or update. Very disappointing experience. Don't use this app.
