I m not satisfied with this app. Even after more than two weeks, my KYC is still showing as “under processing.” I hve already submitted my Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details, yet the verification has not been completed. When I raised a support request, I was asked to submit my Class X certificate as well, which seems unnecessary. Because of these repeated delays and additional document requests (I already sold 1 insurance) I doubt the reliability of the platform and think that it's kind of a scam

Support is very poor, tickets have been closed without any resolution. RM are not contactable as and when required. I. facing the issues from last one year but no solutions to change for RM. No one is serious in this organisation. Very Bad towards Partner Management and Clai I do not recommend this app for any insurance service.

This is the worst place to work. There is a lot of office politics and no coordination among the team.Target pressure for a new fresher at the beginning lol...I had a bad experience
