Bus P570S was supposed to pick passengers up at Velachery Bus Terminus, as shown in the app. I reached the boarding point 30 minutes early, but the driver skipped the designated pickup entirely, took the 100 Feet Road instead, and never came to the scheduled stop. The result? I missed my journey completely despite following every instruction. There was no notification, no accountability, and no way to reach anyone for immediate help. uninstalling

**Update: Now app issues resolved. One request - It will be nice if it can allow change of seat option during journey* Usually I will give 4 star because it works excellent . Few times it gave wrong info on bus location. now giving one star because for the past 2 days the service is down and unable to book premium bus tickets in the app

It's great that Chennai transport has brought such an app making people's lives easy. But the tickets should support the download or screenshot, at least for metro tickets. We can't book and share the tickets to the elders and when we are running out of battery, the download option saves the day to turn off mobile data. This could be a small thing. This is used most of the middle class economy and it is supposed to be this way to serve better.
