I am unable to send message in this app. App shows I am not having permission to send message. I have enabled all permissions required by the app.

This app has a lot of potential, but it needs to updated regularly. It should perform the basic tasks it was designed for, ie, to be a competitor to private apps for sending official communication for Government departments. NIC needs to work in accordance with the need of the hour.

Everytime I open the app, it shows "you don't have permission to send message to this chat." I tried a lot to solve this issue with the help of Google and YouTube but everytime I was disappointed. 😬👎🏼
