App interface is patheticn and confusing, specifically for the cart items there is no option to upload prescription, I anyway ordered and thought there should be an option to upload it somewhere after the order is placed, but it actually created another order for me and I am now really confused. PS - I ordered for the first time and the only reason I gave it a 3* is because it really saves 20-30% at least by providing generic medicine alternatives.

Really Fraud and Dis-Advertising this app .. Never ever trust these types of online app.. i have placed one order and By mistake I have placed wrong order and within 5mins i tried to contact them...they are saying too much rubbish excuses and also while again i m trying to order it came a difference of 50-60rupeesand also. charging delivery fee handling fee ... and offer is valid for eligible medicine only... but displaying in every point ... Please avoid such a misleading sites

It’s really disappointing because instead of helping customers save money, they are taking unfair extra charges.II will not recommend this app to anyone. Please improve your pricing and stop adding unnecessary fees. because I was planning to order some lotions for my skin allergy, but as soon as I selected the product and added it to the cart, the app started charging me ₹99 as a delivery fee and an extra ₹9 as a handling charge for just a ₹200 bottle.
