This update not working In Redmi note 7pro no more support to favorite remote selection and App loading take more time

It doesnt even work when i play buttons it. Does not happen and notification cames that these are not supported in device so please try to fix this problems and tell how to activate tv remotes so at first it works properly in another device but when i install in my app nothing happens so i will give only 1 stars fix the problems and tell that how to fix those problems ☝

Remote doesn't work. When I emailed, it bounced back with error message - there is no such address. I have already checked the email address, it's correct. When I tried to add, submit doesn't work.
