Disney+ is very frustrating. I cannot login to the app, I entered my phone number to get the OTP code through text messages, but it never came even though another streaming service app was able to send me the OTP code just fine. I cannot even use other types of media like email or WhatsApp to get the OTP because they don't have the options. Other streaming service apps have the options. So now I cannot watch a single thing in the app even though I have paid for the subscription.

Hi, we're sorry to hear about this. Please check your mobile's network connection and ensure that the mobile number entered is correct. If the issue persists, restart your mobile and try to sign in again. You can also try the IVR option to receive the OTP. Thank you.

The problem persists three times already, i cannot log in to the TV app. it is frustating because none of the support answers and none of the solutions online or given works. please fix it as soon as possible, i have subscribe but i cant watch it using TV for my family. The error says unusual connection, check connection while i can access any other apps and browser just fine

This is the first time I've installed the Disney app. The instructions tell me to put in my phone number..and then another message comes out from the Disney app saying that my number is not on record..so they give me the option to put in my email address..when I open the email they tell me to click "creating a Disney+ Account-view all plans" then when I click and the option "log in or sign up" comes out..and when I click again, the same instructions are repeated, there is no option to create an
