Refund my subscription immediately!!! As soon as I logged in, I was prompted to make a payment. After completing the payment, I tried to watch, but I was told to manage my access. When I went to Manage Access, it asked me to subscribe again. I clicked the email link, but it kept taking me back to the same page over and over again. After several attempts, my phone number was even blocked due to reaching the verification limit. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund for my subscription!!

Big name but awful app. Can not receive OTP for log-in with my Telkomsel number, like many of the reviewers. So frustating. Tried doing it in areas with strong network, changing devices, changing SIM card and "refresh" my numbers at Telkomsel customer service but none of those works. Must be something wrong with your system. Please fix your app, otherwise you are losing customers.

I paid for my Disney+ Hotstar subscription, but I still can’t use the service because the OTP verification code is never sent to my phone number. I have already contacted customer service and sent emails, but after several days there has been no effective solution. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service that you cannot even access. Customer support has been slow and unable to resolve the issue. I expected much better from a major streaming platform. I hope this problem is fixed soon
