I'm terribly disappointed. I never had any trouble until the past three days when I couldn't log in. The notification said 'unusual traffic'. When I tried to log in to the website, it was fine. Funnily enough, it only occurred on the app. I've reached out for help through email and/or the contact us form, but none of them have responded. That's why I'm desperately writing this.

to be honest, it's quite disappointed because I have been download this application for about three days and have bought subscription for this, from yesterday until this day I can only hear the sound but can't watch my movie's video. it's probably the application is getting error and how to solve this problem?

After installing, I put the phone number and a message popped saying "We have detected unusual traffic coming from this device etc..." I have tried to uninstall the app and also restart my phone, starting all over again but still the message popped out again.
