very bad experience I am a paid member in Swiggy just today they ask me to try their new snacc app but when I opened it with excitement it's crashed showing for large number of orders we are unable to take any orders currently, huge disappointment for a user.

I ordered food through this application using Cash on Delivery, but I never received my order. I have ordered more than 15 times from the same location before without any issue, but this time there was no customer support number available to resolve the problem. This is very disappointing. Please be careful while ordering—sometimes the order may not arrive.👎🏻

Recently snacc changed it's menu which is very bad the previous nenu so good and had good items even though they have added new items in the new menu the best things are they removed like sandwich and hazelnut cold coffee are th best I don't know why they have removed it
