worst app ever!!!!! they fool us by advertising 1 rupees cart but after 2 purchases it turns 9 rupees and the items are only very few. I didn't even receive my order but they automatically changed to delivered and I still have not received my refund FRAUD APP!!!! and when we called the delivery person he was saying that "I couldn't reach you it's just a few things cancel the order" what is this behaviour???

Worst experience ever! There are missing items in each order, and when asked to deliver them, they simply refuse. When I reached out to their grievance team, they refused to both delivery of the missing item and refund. Only after getting the consumer helpline involved, did I get my money back. Totally unreliable!

If there is any option to give them a - start I will do that. They are literally scammers. I ordered something and I paid through UPI. Then I remembered I had to add more things so I cancelled the order immediately. But don't give my money back. They said there is no option for refund. I mean why??? Bigbasket or Flipkart minutes are far better than this. Regret ordering from here and also for payment earlier to this fraud app.
