Very bad experience with your android app. It is consistently hanging. Tried it in my realme and nothing phones. In both of them it is hanging in few seconds after opening and after which it is very difficult to place order. I have to close the app 3-4 times and start again just to complete the whole process of ordering either from food section or instamart. It has been happening since last few months. Atleast fix the android app first before bringing the IPO.

They do not have a call desk or help center. Their automated bots are mostly of no use giving weird answers. Before ordering it shows a short time for delivery, after the order is placed the time increases by quite a bit nearly every time.. and then you helpless and need to wait longer.. don't even try to cancel the order, you will end up every bit you paid.

Frauds!!!! Restaurant was closed still took the order and informed me after 30 to 40 minutes. Delivery partner asked to cancel the order and didn't get the refund by swiggy after complain. Second, they swiggy charged to twice, I agree there can be glitch in the app, but even after informing them about this they didn't refund my money.
