The delivery executive didn't deliver the order, marked it delivered, says he already ate them and the customer support says they can't help with the issue. And there are five of us who missed dinner because of this screw up by swiggy. How pathetic? Please get yourself off this business! There are much better players already in place for these services.
.Customer support is very bad. They keep asking for a good review. A pop up window came asking if my problem was solved. I kept saying no but the window was just popping up again and again. ON THE sixth time the chat said as I was not responding the chat will be closed. The customer service person was literally demanding that I give positive feedback.
i have ordered food through online. my money has debited from my account but they haven't received my order.when i contacted customer care they are telling always we will refund your money but already 1 and half month gone. i didn't received my refund amount. swiggy is a worst food app. i really hate it.
Very Bad i got insects in food i have picture i can upload please dont use swiggy if u want to be healthy. They are making fool if any one need evidance plz mail me i will srnd the pic. Its not first chance already happened twice
Too pricey. The items are already priced higher than the Restaurant's menu. Swiggy charges another GST on top of that and add delivery charges. That's almost 50%. 😂
Pathetic! They start charging you surge charge.. Which they are not supposed too.. And top of it pathetic customer service.. They don't even bother to call you back!
