WHY TASKSS

Most people run their week across four apps: a to-do list, a calendar, a notes app and a habit tracker. Nothing joins up, and the plan falls apart. Taskss puts the five together and lets you switch off the ones you do not want.

TO-DO LIST AND TASK MANAGER

Capture a task in your own words. Taskss recognises planning details such as dates, times, tags, contexts and priorities while you type. Send new items to Inbox first, then organise only what needs more structure. Set reminders, create recurring tasks, break work into sub-tasks, and group everything into projects and areas.

DAILY PLANNER AND CALENDAR

Use Today and Upcoming to choose what deserves attention now. See your tasks beside the calendar events already shaping the day. Taskss reads and writes your device calendar on Android, alongside Google Calendar, so one agenda covers everything. Day, week and month views are all a tap apart.

NOTES AND IDEAS

Write and format rich notes, colour them, resize the cards, drag them into the order you want, and organise them into folders. Attach supporting files and link related information so context stays close to the task, event or project that needs it.

HABIT TRACKER

Track the routines that support your goals, add reminders, and watch a streak build. Return after a missed day without turning one imperfect week into failure.

PRIVATE JOURNAL AND DIARY

What you write in an entry, and the photos and files you attach to it, are encrypted on your device using a key derived from your passphrase. Taskss does not receive or store that passphrase, so it cannot read or recover your writing for you. You can also lock the whole module behind your device biometrics.

SEARCH, FILTERS AND TEMPLATES

Search across everything you have written. Save the filters you use often and run them in a tap. Build templates for the checklists you repeat, so a recurring piece of work sets itself up.

WORKS OFFLINE

Taskss keeps your planning data on your device. Add and edit tasks, calendar events, notes and habits with no connection at all. Queued changes sync when you are online again, and Settings shows plainly whether everything is up to date or needs attention.

GUIDED FROM THE FIRST RUN

A guided tour walks you through each part of the app at your own pace, and you can replay it any time from Settings. An in-app FAQ answers the common questions without sending you to a website, and you can send feedback straight from the app.

MAKE IT YOURS

Choose your appearance, typeface and text size. Pick the screen the app opens on. Switch off any module you do not use and it disappears everywhere, notifications included.

PRIVACY WITHOUT AN ADVERTISING BUSINESS MODEL

Taskss includes no advertising SDK, does not sell your personal data and does not track you across other apps or websites. Precise location is read only when you explicitly ask to use your current location. Account deletion is available in the app and on the Taskss website.

What’s new

Taskss Supporter is now built into Android with monthly and annual plans, purchase restoration and clear subscription management.

Supporter unlocks Google Calendar two-way sync, calendar export and live subscription links, weekly and assignment insights, and ZIP export for Notes. During the beta, these features remain free and nobody is charged.
