I have been using slice since a year and half. It was smooth and user friendly. However, since one month ago , when I try to login to my account an error pop up "Something went wrong" and I'm not able to login to my account neither repayment or borrow. I have raised concerns multiple times but no action was taken. Now the deadlines for my repayment is due and I'm trying to contact the support team to send me a repayment link to my email since 3hrs , no answer from customer support to my calls.

I love the app. The app is so much faster with downloads now and feels more stable overall. Since syncing happens nearly every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry, it used to be a real pain. You would stop an entry, and several seconds would pass before it actually stopped, with those extra seconds added to the entry. Not to mention, you were unable to use it while syncing because it would literally stop responding until it was done. Thank you to everyone behind the algorithms.

Warning: Hidden Charges and Unfair Interest! I started using the Slice app because they initially showed no accrued interest rates. However, as soon as I withdrew an amount and the repayment started, they began hitting me with 'accrued interest' out of nowhere. To make it worse, my repayment amount kept increasing every single month. This application is completely fraudulent—avoid it!"
