I have been using slice since a year and half. It was smooth and user friendly. However, since one month ago , when I try to login to my account an error pop up "Something went wrong" and I'm not able to login to my account neither repayment or borrow. I have raised concerns multiple times but no action was taken. Now the deadlines for my repayment is due and I'm trying to contact the support team to send me a repayment link to my email since 3hrs , no answer from customer support to my calls.

Account is good. daily interest credit is also good. Great credit card. But help and support really bad. Initially they didn't send passbook and chequebook by themselves. you have to raise query after which it didn't come and support closes the ticket themselves without resolution. They give tracking number which shows cancelled after few days. Now it's been a month and still chequebook not delivered, Hence reducing the rating.

I’ve been using Slice Bank’s app and products for some time now, and overall the experience has been very positive.
