I have been using slice since a year and half. It was smooth and user friendly. However, since one month ago , when I try to login to my account an error pop up "Something went wrong" and I'm not able to login to my account neither repayment or borrow. I have raised concerns multiple times but no action was taken. Now the deadlines for my repayment is due and I'm trying to contact the support team to send me a repayment link to my email since 3hrs , no answer from customer support to my calls.

Using Slice from a long time and honestly the experience has been really good for me. The app is smooth, payments are easy, and repayment process is simple. Never faced major issues and the service has always been convenient. One of the best apps for managing expenses and payments. Highly recommended.

It's terrible. I accidentally entered the wrong details, but no option to edit appeared. Consequently, my KYC was rejected. It has been two or three months now, yet a 'reply' option still hasn't become available. It's a useless service. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
