I have been using slice since a year and half. It was smooth and user friendly. However, since one month ago , when I try to login to my account an error pop up "Something went wrong" and I'm not able to login to my account neither repayment or borrow. I have raised concerns multiple times but no action was taken. Now the deadlines for my repayment is due and I'm trying to contact the support team to send me a repayment link to my email since 3hrs , no answer from customer support to my calls.

I love🥰 the app! Before, syncing seemed to enjoy stealing the spotlight from everything else. Almost every interaction triggered another round, and once it started, the app could become impossible to use until the process finished. Stopping an entry also came with delays, and those additional seconds still ended up being counted. Thankfully, the story has changed. Downloads are significantly faster, performance feels smoother, stability is better, and the overall experience is more good💪.

I have been using this app since 1 year and it was working smoothly I had 5000 limit and it was increasing timely. But when I applied for the slice credit card I got my details wrong and cant even go back and unintentionally I had to go forward and the result ..my borrow account got freezed and I cant even apply for the credit card . I have been waiting for the application to allow me to apply again . I tried to talk to the customer support but its of not use its been months now. Please check.!
