Ratings and reviews

Overall pretty good experience with their bank and services. Never faced any server down thing, all the payments are smooth if you have good connection. They did push me to get a debit card at the time of account opening, even though I didn't want one. Managing cards you don't use is troublesome. Will say better charge for account opening instead of asking people for things that they don't want. & It would be convenient to have transaction button next to your account balance, it's a bit hidden.

The user experience for this app is great. I hope to see more amazing features in the future. It would've been nice if the app would provide us with an option for returning the in-app customization things like the Qr theme and all, because i accidentally bought the wrong one and couldn't do anything. Even though it's a matter of ₹5 or ₹10, it's still my money. So it would've been nice to include an option for refund, at least just for the first 24hrs of purchase.

The reward system seems inaccurate. After making multiple UPI payments, we have to play a game to claim cashback. Even when playing correctly, it often says “you lost too many meteors,” and no reward is given. Today, I made three UPI payments but received no rewards. There is also no proper section in the app to report this issue. Please look into this and fix the reward system.
