Like it? Enter your card details and you're good to go. No call centre, no paperwork.

To activate your cover, all we need is a selfie from you. Rose will guide you through the process to take a video or pictures of your car or home.

You have total control over your policy and can see exactly what you’re covered for with our policy summary. You can also make changes instantly on the app. For example, change your excess, add car hire and credit shortfall or download your confirmation of cover, hassle-free.

I tried to submit a claim. All app permissions is on. App is newest version. The first question you ask is to give permission for location. When i press the green bar, nothing happens and the app freeze up. Have logged out and back in, i have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still se same problem

I love the convenience of not having to talk to brokers anytime you need to make changes to your cover, but the app definitely needs tweaking. For instance, I keep getting logged out of the app and constantly need to log in each time I use the app and usually need a few tries before I can log in. It's very frustrating because sometimes I want to do something real fast or at that moment, and I'm unable to. Please fix this.

Getting my vehicles insured was a breeze. Yet now that im trying to claim the app is not working. I phoned and the woman on the other side was not much help. She just said i must try install it on another device when i asked if i couldn't do the claim via email.
