When you sign on there is a "person" online to assist. The moment you have to take a photo, where the app indicates to "open the camera" every thing goes to hell. I tried taking a selfie 20 times in a row, the app just stuck there, a message pop up "cannot identify your face.. Retry, or it just say " nice" and then nothing. Even if you wait for 10 minutes. And do not even try to take a photo of the odometer. The button to take the photo show, but you can maar press, click jab whatever nothing he
