Terrible experience, once you get logged out the app gets stuck on login and you'll have to keep restarting and trying eventually ends up signing in. The search functionality is really bad, doesn't find the vehicle variations. Rather have a model and variation seperate. App is limited, couldn't find right variant canceed policy & had to do it again. Contacted for assistance, wasn't very helpful. Been asked to get a manufacturer mm code, instead of them updating the policy correctly

It is fast to setup.. I think I spoke to soon been trying for 3 days to register my Caravan on the app I also tried different phones as well as a tablet no luck!!! They all hang up with error messages like unable to display your covers or just please try again later.... I Forwarded e-mails with a only reply we are aware of your problem. Later on I received a mail suggesting mailing the info so that they can load it... Still waiting... THE APP NEED ATTENTION!! YOU NEED A WINDOWS PC-APP AS WEL!!!!

Wanted to add a vehicle to my policy. Opened the app but it had to do an update first. Did the update then my password doesnt work anymore. Clicked on forgot password, inserted my email, still waiting for a code. No email now for 30mins. You leave me no choice but to go to Momentum. ps Got the code eventually, created a new password, now the app wont open.
