About this app

Refill keeps your store credit at the cafés you love in one place. Add credit at the counter, confirm each order on your phone with one tap, and enjoy the extras your café adds on top.

HOW IT WORKS
• Join: scan the Refill QR code at the café counter.
• Add credit: pick an amount in the app, then pay the café at the counter by cash, card or UPI. Staff check their till and accept, and your credit arrives with any extra the café offers.
• Pay: staff enter your bill. Your phone shows the amount and your balance after. Tap Confirm and you're done.
• Not you? Tap "Not me". Nothing is taken, and the café owner is told right away.

MADE FOR REGULARS
• Every café kept separate, with its own balance, history, offers and currency. Balances are never combined.
• Offers from your café: extra on top-ups, happy hours, visit stamps such as every 10th coffee, birthday treats and "we miss you" extras.
• Loyalty points and rewards at cafés that run them.
• Invite a friend to a café you love, and the café rewards you both.
• A receipt for every top-up and every spend. See something wrong? Tap "I didn't do this" and the café reviews it.
• Insights for each café: balance over time, monthly spend, bonus earned and visits.

SAFE BY DESIGN
• Every payment asks you first.
• Confirm payments with your fingerprint or face, where your phone supports it. Larger payments get an extra check.
• Pause your credit at a café any time, and nobody can pay with it.
• Optional app lock with your fingerprint or face. It only locks the app; you stay signed in.
• Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. Then link your Google account to skip the code on a new phone.
• See your signed-in devices and sign any of them out.
• Confirmations and receipts arrive as notifications. Turn notifications off and confirmations come on WhatsApp instead.

In English and Hindi, with light and dark themes.

GOOD TO KNOW
Credit in Refill is issued by each café and can be used only at that café. The café holds your money. AV Technologies provides the software, never holds funds and is not a party to your purchases. Nothing is sold in the app and no payment is taken in it: you pay the café directly.

Signing in the first time needs a mobile number that uses WhatsApp.
