purchased the service in May, went through the steps to set up, this included the SMS code, many attempts have been made to get an SMS code but nothing is received. escalated to call.io support over a month ago still haven't received any response. looking now to get a refund

you are lucky if you can get past the sign in. you enter everything and then it says its sending you a code then you never see it mind you this is not on my end i have full bars and everything. why even give 2 stars if you cant get in to see everything.

Doesn't follow instructions for letting contacts call straight through. Tells callers to leave a message, then waits forever for a beep.
