Deem customer service took the time out to call me and solved my issue with login - that was appreciated. However the issue of notification of any customer's card bill to be sent to the customer via email is not solved. This is industry best practice and should be done so that the customer has an email in their inbox as a reminder of their statement and bill due date. Happy to give a 5 star rating once this industry best practice is implemented.

biometric login doesn't work. every time you update but still it asked for login with email id and password. it's a cumbersome process.

sometimes I cannot login to this app. some servers problem also this app And after that complaints raised to customer care his still not responding.
