Ratings and reviews

The Phantoms are great, I have three of them. But the app and the remotes are terrible. I have to power cycle the Phantoms every couple of days as otherwise connectivity is lost. Put the same engineering excellence into the app as you did the speakers. And no, I won't get in touch with customer service on this, there are enough complaints on this forum already.

Speakers sound great, but there are horrible connection issues (as you will see many have stated). You'll go through a daunting process to get them connected, and then they will stay connected for a day and suddenly they will stop working and the app won't show any devices being setup. They just disappear. It's frustrating.

Very poor App. hard to pair with Bluetooth sources which don't have a tv or tablet like screen, e.g., BT enabled Vinyl player, AVRs etc. Also, switching sources from say, Spotify to TV is impossible on the App - needing to completely unpair and reconnect afresh instead of a seamless switching of sources. The Devialet App needs to keep up with the quality of the speakers esp., considering unsay it's the lifeblood for controlling the connection to media sources. Really frustrated! plz take note.
