BUILT FOR THE 24-HOUR WINDOW
WhatsApp lets a business reply freely for 24 hours after a customer's message. After that, only an approved template will send. Lynkist shows you exactly how long is left on every conversation, and swaps the reply box for your approved templates when the window closes — so you never lose a reply to a rule you forgot.
WORKS WITH YOUR TEAM
Everyone on your Lynkist workspace sees the same conversations. Read a thread on your phone and it is marked read for everyone. Reply from your desk and it appears on your phone.

This is a companion to your Lynkist workspace, not a replacement for it. Campaigns, template creation, chatbots, flows and analytics stay on the web dashboard, where there is room to do them properly.
