I liked using this, better prices and safety... but not enough drivers. it wanted me to wait 30 minutes for a ride... but I am rating it 1 star because when I cancelled, it charged me for the drive because it said the driver already accepted the fare. I cancelled it as soon as it told me how long it was going to take... but apparently their system starts the clock from when you search to when they accept, so if it takes a long time to search, cancel before someone accepts, save your money

If you're a rideshare user in Colorado, THIS rideshare service is a must-have. The app works smoothly - the only difference you'll notice between COOP and those other two is the color of your screen. COOP pays their drivers better yet passes on savings to riders. Plus, you'll get $5 off your first ride! The wallet is feeling a little light lately so it's nice to save that money! I highly recommend COOP!

Used the app once for a ride from DIA, the driver drove in circles for a while, went to the wrong side of the building, then picked up another passenger, refused to cancel my ride, my phone died and I took the train into town. was charged $6 on top of my train ticket for the privilege. App needs a feature to detect when the driver is actively driving away from both the pick and drop off locations.
