Got a cash booking from rider in balmoral plaza, i waited 10 mins and texted rider but he/she didn't reply and ended up as no show so i cancelled the booking. Tada compensated me $2 for waiting but apparently can't compensate me for my $2.18 cashcard fee when exiting the gantry there. So in essence i wasted my petrol, time waiting and earned 18cents for it. Beware of cash jobs and joy riders guys. Best to stick to card and avoid waiting in places where there is a per entry gantry fee.

being charged $1.09 for cancellation of jobs I did not accept almost daily. The moment I wanted to click on a job I decided on, the job disappear without warning and skip to next job, causing the next job to be accepted instead. This is a scam to drivers.

Auto accepted & cancelled the ride even though I'm not even aware of. Saw my AR dropped and went in to see the detail and realised it. Called customer services to report it. Hopefully... will resolve this ridiculous error. App full of bugs, eg: sound yet no bookings, booking yet no sound, app closed when bings a couple times...etc....
