absolutely awful! The app does NOT provide safety tools. The driver appeared to be at my address but was not there. He confirmed that he picked me up when he didn't. I called him he did not answer and then appeared to complete the ride in 7 minutes. I was so upset. I was only contacted AFTER I reported him and said I was filing a police report. I DO NOT recommend this at all. please be careful!

They have good prices, especially in the city. Now let's hope they keep it that way otherwise there's not point. Because this is a new service in the city so just have patience getting a cab driver for the trip, if you know that ahead of time you will be fine.

I recently took a trip to NYC for my birthday and wanted to use the throo app that i seen on tiktok and while there were drivers available it is somethings that can be worked on like the response time from support.
